Here you’ll find all the info you’ll need about how we post, ship and deliver our goods.

UK Standard Delivery

UK Standard Delivery is £1.85 (plus £1 for each additional item) or £8.50 depending on the product ordered. Smaller items are sent First Class with Royal Mail, larger packages are sent next working day delivery with APC.

Priority Orders

Should you require items prior to 9am the following day please contact us for a shipping quote. Orders need to be completed prior to 2pm for us to prepare and despatch.

Despatch Times

Orders received weekdays prior to 2pm are despatched the same day.

Terms Of Postage

Royal Mail aim to deliver First Class post the next working day including Saturdays. 

APC Standard Delivery is by 4PM weekdays.

If you are not around to take delivery of your parcel or it won’t fit through your letterbox, a delivery card will be left and your parcel will be taken to your local sorting office for collection. Royal Mail may leave it with a neighbour, or in a safe place if they think it is safe to do so. A delivery card will be left to let you know this has been done. APC will leave a ‘sorry we missed you’ card with details on how to reschedule / how to request collection from your local APC depot.

Overseas Orders

Customers located outside of the UK are asked to contact us for a postage quote.
